Siobhán and Cory are EIQ-certified nutritionists and personal trainers with a decade of experience coaching women through evidence-based training and nutrition. Their approach helps you build long-term strength, health, and confidence—without restrictive rules or extremes.

Training Plans

For the gym, or at home, or not at all. We will find a training plan that suits your lifestyle.

Nutrition Education

We don't just tell you what to eat. Our content library contains a mini nutrition course, so you will never fall for another fad diet again.

Mindset Modules

Because we know you probably know what to do - but you struggle with motivation or discipline. The mindset work will help you figure out your values and to set goals in line with them.

Compassionate Coaching

Your individual coach is on hand to support you through your journey. We coach from a place of caring, not criticism. 

Yoga and Meditation

We take a holistic approach to your health, and this includes yoga and guest meditations on body image.

Women's Health Specifics

We have dedicated modules from a women's health physio covering pre- and post-natal, perimenopause,  fertility, PCOS, endometriosis and more.
