How we work
We take a holistic approach to your health and fitness, using the tools below - all through our dedicated app.
Training Plans
For the gym, or at home, or not at all. We have exciting and progressive training plans that change weekly to keep things interesting.
Nutrition Strategies and Education
We don't just tell you what to eat. Our content library contains a mini nutrition course, so you will never fall for another fad diet again. Maybe you want to track calories, or maybe you want to take a more intuitive approach - you'll find what works for you.
Mindset Modules
Because we know you probably know what to do - but you struggle with motivation or discipline. The mindset work will help you figure out your values and to set goals in line with them. Regular journalling helps to keep your mind clear and focused.
Community Support
Support from our coaches will be through the in-app Group Chat. Start your journey with like-minded women who will share in your wins and your struggles.
Yoga and Meditation
We take a holistic approach to your health, and this includes yoga and guest meditations on body image.
Monthly Reviews
Group Calls to check-in with our community, to work on any struggles and celebrate our progress. (Recorded if you miss it). Regular community meet-ups too!
